Tatting Project: Snowflakes

I completed a few snowflakes last week.

These 2 patterns came from Vida Sunderman's book - Tatted Snowflakes.

Ribbon-Floss Snowflake v. 2
DMC Babylo # 10, variegated pink.

Ribbon-Floss Snowflake v.1
DMC Traditions # 10 Ecru..
Beaded Snowflake
DMC Babylo # 10 in variegated pink.
Baby blue beads.

There are a few other snowflakes (from the same book) but they're not properly block yet - the scans come out awful, so I'll keep them for future post once I fix that.

I've acquired a dark pink Cebelia for an edging project. I'll be working on it as soon as I find a pattern I like. I find tatting, to put it mildly, intoxicating...

  1. Very pretty. Good luck with the beads - I LOVE beads in my tatting and have several ways to use them and add on my website here.
